These terms govern your use of the LedgerDesk desktop application provided by IAM_DEV. By installing or using LedgerDesk, you agree to these terms.

Purpose of the application

LedgerDesk helps users prepare invoices and receipts, record payments, organize client details, track services and time, review business summaries, and export related documents.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the information you enter and the documents you issue. You are also responsible for maintaining suitable backups and protecting access to your device and exported files.

Not accounting, tax, or legal advice

LedgerDesk is a record-management tool. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee that a generated document satisfies requirements in your jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional when necessary.

Acceptable use

You may not use LedgerDesk to create deceptive or unlawful records, infringe another party’s rights, interfere with the application, or attempt to circumvent applicable platform or licensing restrictions.

Availability and updates

The application may be updated to improve features, compatibility, reliability, or security. Features may change over time. IAM_DEV does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

LedgerDesk, its visual identity, and its original application content belong to IAM_DEV or its licensors. Your business data and documents remain yours.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, LedgerDesk is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. IAM_DEV is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the application. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

Termination

You may stop using and uninstall LedgerDesk at any time. Uninstalling the application may not remove backups or exports stored elsewhere on your device.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the application or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
